Georgina is a beautiful cat with a quiet presence and a delicate spirit. She’s not your typical lap cat – in fact, she much prefers her own space and is happiest when she has a cozy spot to retreat to and watch the world go by.

Timid and hand-shy, Georgina has likely had experiences that make her wary of close contact. She’s not keen on sudden movements or lots of noise, and for this reason, she’s not suited to a home with young children. But if you’re a calm and patient person who understands that not all cats enjoy cuddles, Georgina could be the perfect companion.

She needs a home where she can feel safe, be respected for who she is, and where there’s no pressure to be anything other than herself. With time and kindness, Georgina may grow more confident, but she may never be a lap cat – and that’s okay. She’s still very much deserving of love and a place to call home.
